Check if the product is eligible for return.
To be accepted, the product must meet the following conditions:
- be in its original, unopened packaging with the protective film intact;
- include all outer wrappings, accessories, and instructions;
- not have been used and be hygienically sound.

Products without protective film will not be accepted, with the exception of sets. If the product meets all these requirements, you can return it and receive a refund via the payment method used on the website.

No, it is not possible to change or cancel the order once the package has been shipped.

The order is in preparation, meaning we are packing it in the warehouse and getting ready to ship it. It won't be long until your package is on its way!




Do not accept the package from the courier if it appears damaged externally. The courier will return it to us, and we will immediately send you a new one. If you find anything broken inside the package, call us immediately, and we will sort everything out together.
